Q1. How long is your factory history?
A: This year our factory will celebrate 10th anniversary since establishment. 
And our major technicians have been in this industry for more than 30 years, more than 12 persons have been in our production team for over 10 years.

Q2. Is your factory far away from train station/airport? Is factory visit or inspection acceptable?
A: About 15 minutes by car from our factory to Zibo train station and about 1.5 hours to Jinan Airport; picking up service is ok, and factory visit is always welcomed and inspection like third-party inspection okay.

Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-10 working days for 1*20ft, 10-15 days for 1*40ft after receiving your advance payment. 

Q4. Can you produce according to our samples? Can I get your samples?
A: Yes, you can send us samples to check quality and produce as per your samples.
Small samples are usually available with express service expense at our cost.

Q5: Do you attend any expo?
A: Yes, usually we attend sign expos in Shanghai twice in a year. We attended Sign Asia expo in IMPACT, THAILAND in Nov, 2017. In future we will add China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) into our exhibition list, also some international expos which will be held in different countries.

Q6: How about claim policy?
A: If there has any quality problems when you receive our products, show us photo/video to check, we can not make sure our products are 100% perfect without any quality problem, but we promise we will repay customers for any loss caused by our product quality from next order.

Q7: Can we get recommendation from some company in our country?
