BENEFITS:
UHMWPE has excellent chemical resistance, in addition to strong oxidizing acid, in a certain temperature and concentration range can be resistant to a variety of corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic media (except solvent).

The surface adsorption capacity of UHMWPE is very weak, and its adhesion resistance is second only to PTFE, which is the best non-adhesion in plastic, so the surface of the product is not easy to adhesion with other materials.
UHMWPE has low water absorption;Generally less than 0.01%, only 1% of PA66, so generally do not have to dry treatment before molding.
Production method
Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene can be prepared by the method of producing ordinary high-density polyethylene by changing the process conditions and controlling the molecular weight. The production methods are Ziegler method, Solvay method and solution method.

Q1. What is your kinds of packing?
A: Plastic bags or brown paper; pallet; wood case, carton box;.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance against bill of loading copy; or L/C at sight.
