About PVDF:

 

PVDF is a kind of engineering plastic,with half transparent or white powder or frain appearance.The Molecular chain is very close,own doughty hydrogen bond,it contain 46% oxygen,flammability resistance,with 65%-78%rime degree,density is1.17-1.79g/cm^3, melting point is 172°C,heat distortion temperature is 112-145°C,long-term work temperature is 140-150°C.PVDF has the property of flurin resin and other general resin,except good chemical resistance,heat resistance,oxidation resistance,climate resistance,radial resistance,it also has piezoelectricity property,dielectric property and so on.

Q1. How long is your factory history?

A: This year our factory will celebrate 10^th anniversary since establishment.

And our major technicians have been in this industry for more than 30 years, more than 12 persons have been in our production team for over 10 years.

Q2. Can you produce according to our samples? Can I get your samples?

A: Yes, you can send us samples to check quality and produce as per your samples.

Small samples are usually available with express service expense at our cost.

Q3: Do you attend any expo?

A: Yes, usually we attend sign expos in Shanghai twice in a year. We attended Sign Asia expo in IMPACT, THAILAND in Nov, 2017. In future we will add China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) into our exhibition list, also some international expos which will be held in different countries.

Q4: How about claim policy?

A: If there has any quality problems when you receive our products, show us photo/video to check, we can not make sure our products are 100% perfect without any quality problem, but we promise we will repay customers for any loss caused by our product quality from next order.
